Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. The KCD PE Apparel website uses PayPal for our credit card transactions. Paypal is a proven, trusted name in e-payment services and your transaction is encrypted via secure server.
Why do I have to fill out a shipping address if the clothes are delivered to KCD?
Paypal has a few required screens that could not be removed
for our
specific purposes. Please enter your home address for procedure. The
clothes will still be delivered to KCD.
How will I receive my order?
All orders will be packaged by family name. If you are ordering for more than one child, it will come as one package and be placed in one of your child's classroom.
If you have one Lower Schooler - All gym clothes for the Lower School will be delivered to your child's classroom. Gym clothes that arrive this summer will be placed on your child's desk and ready for pick up at the Back to School picnic.
If you have one Middle Schooler - Gym clothes that arrive this summer will be given
to your child's advisor and will be ready for pick up at the Back
to School picnic. Gym clothes that arrive during the school year
will be put in
Mrs. Cooper's office and your child will be asked to pick them
up there.
Why do I have to pay for shipping and handling if the clothes are not being delivered to my home?
The shipping and handling fee covers the cost of packaging the clothing and having it delivered to KCD.
Why is there a $4.50 charge added to PE Apparel items?
A handling charge of $4.50 will be added to all orders from the PE Apparel store.
If I have a problem or question, whom do I contact?
If hou have a question about clothing, contact Mollie Mulloy for gym clothing items @ 814-4343. If, after placing your order, you do not receive an email confirmation, your order may not have been processed. Please email cordell@englishemprise.com or call 499-8978 for verification.
How does the Youth sizing work?
Youth Small (6-8); Youth Medium (10-12); and Youth Large (12-14)
Am I able to exchange or refund items?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are concerned about sizes, you may visit the Institutional Advancement Office (in the balcony of the main office of the K – 8 building) to see samples of various sizes.
Why does the URL to this website read www.englishemprise.com/kcd...?
Because our store is managed by English Emprise and the KCD PE Apparel shop is hosted by them.
What if I don't remember my Pay Pal password or account?
Simply go to www.paypal.com and click on the "Forgot your email" or "Forgot your password" link.
